Dear Sir or Madam I am going to move with a dog to Goteborg. Could you tell me some conditions? Import licence 1.I took a D92GBform from the Swedish Board of Agriculture. Are any other forms necessary for me to fill out? Can they be taken from adobe? Qurarantine facilities 2.Where are facilities of the jurisdiction over Goteborg. I have only seen two facilities.One is in Linkoping and the other is in Vallentuna. Are there any facilities closer to Goteborg? 3.Swedish Board of Agriculture's(4 month qurarantine) latest update was 15.08.2000. Is there another update scheduledHJapan is fabies free country. My dog vaccinated of rabies,distemper,leptospiroses, and six kinds of vaccines every year. I have vaccination ceritificate for 5years(1997,1998,1999,2000,2001).My dog is healthy. Could you tell me if there is a change about the qurantine requlations? If my dog may not enter the qurarantine facilities for 4 month,@I am going to delay entering Sweeden for several months. Transport to Sweeden 4.Does my dog need to become quarantined for four months again when temporarily returning home to Japan, and entering a county in Sweden again? 5.I can not avoid intermediate landing in a EU state. Probably, it will be Netherlands, France, Germany and other states. If I stop in one of these countries,do you riquire any extra health certificates in order to enter Sweden?
