Take off the Tou Mei Kousoku Atsugi IC.

There are 3 direction

1-For Hiratsuka

2- For Atsugi

3-For Isehara-Hiratsuka

After take off the Kousoku, you can see the traffic signal. Include that signal, 2nd signal you can find the big sign "Shirai Kennel".
