One year ago, I arrived in Hanoi from Kuala Lumpur. E&Y Hanoi office's driver Minh picked me up at the Noibai Airport and sent me over to the Sunny Hotel near the office. I remember the moment I stepped in the hotel room and wondered how it was going to be. It was a challenging choice as I had no idea about the country and life in Hanoi.

One year later, I am totally in comfort with the life in Hanoi. It was not challenging after all. I like the people, food, even the weather here. My original intention to just detour into Vietnam seem to be turned into a destiny. Well, it is still not clear and unsure. Yet, I am planning to stay in Hanoi for good, if everything falls according to my wish!

Even if things does not go as my wishes, I am truely happy that I had come to this country and met the people and experienced the life in Hanoi. There are challenges in this country, just as all the other countries in the world. My hope is that we can all put our effort together for the progress and happiness for the people in Vietnam.
