Cornmeal Banana Cake Recipe

Dry ingredients:
1 pack hotcake mixed
2 tablespoons cornmeal
1 banana ,mashed
a little vanilla

100g butter
1 tablespoons granulated sugar or honey
2 tablespoons yoghurt
50cc milk
1 egg
a little vanilla

HOW TO MAKE!
Heat oven to 190℃.

Melt the butter in a microwave oven.
Mixed melted butter, suger, yoghult, milk and egg in a small bowl.
Pour it in another bowl mixed dry ingredients in and mix with a spatula.
Add vanilla and mix it.
Pour into a mold greasedwith butter.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown, check with a skewer
Cool completely and store.
