授業目的 |

| インフラ整備ー電力、交通、通信、上下水道、ごみ処理ーは、経済発展実現に不可欠である。発展途上国において、この2、30年の間にインフラ·サービスの量的な拡大に目を見張るものがあったものの質的に見ればまだ重要な諸問題が解決されていない。この講義は、途上国におけるインフラ·サービスの問題点（例えばインフラの維持管理､サービスの利用者の必要性との整合性、多額の財政赤字の存在）を把握し、より効率的なインフラ·サービスの供給のための経済学的原則を学び、その質的な改善を実現するための諸諸の方法を学ぶ。
