| April 29 , 2004 A May Day was opened today. I participated in a May Day because I was decided by "AMIDA" lottery. It was the first experience for me. I have learned about a May Day when I was in a priminary school. But, today, what I saw was different from what I had learned. There were many open air stalls and free markets. That was looked like an festival of holiday. I can't understand the reason to open a May Day nowadays even if it is an importance event. |
| April 28 , 2004 Golden Week was started when I finished my work. I have 11 holidays. Some of the holidays were scheduled to take trips. I will travel to Niigata and Sendai. But I have to take part in a May Day before traveling. The May Day will be opened tomorrow. |

| April 24, 2004 A barbecue party was held by my friend today. And a lot of my friends and coworkers took part in the party. In spite of low temperature today, Many people came on there. I enjoyed this party and I wish that the next party should open. |
| April 23 , 2004 Marseilles drew a game which is 1st match of semi final of UEFA Cup last night. And, yesterday, Monaco won a game of first match of semi final of UEFA Champions League. French clubs are in good state for going to final. I'm interested in result of 2nd match. I expect that the France competes the Spain at final. |
| April 22 , 2004 I watched a movie, "The Spider Man", by a DVD. It was so exciting! I think that Tobey Maguire is similar to Michel・J・Fox. I expect that the next work of this series is opened. |

| April 20 , 2004 I watched a DVD. Today's movie was "The Royal Tenenbaums". It was entertaining movie. Gene Hackman as Royal Tenenbaum was so good. And I think that Gwyneth Paltrow as Margot Tenenbaum was suitable for a role of unhappiness woman. But I thought Ben Stiller as Chas Tenenbaum was a little gentle. I thought that I want him to play a role of eccentric man. I recommend this movie. |
| April 19 , 2004 I watched a DVD movie, The Tomb Raider 2. It was exciting movie. And I thought that Angelina Jolie as Lara Croft was fit for this movie as ever. But I like a previous work of this series more better. I think that the last was more exciting and wonderful than this movie. |

| April 16 , 2004 Weekend has come. I go back to my home to seek some books in Tokyo. And, I have to work at my room because I couldn't finish my task this week. It will be busy days. According to the latest UEFA ranking, Italy has already been demoted to 3rd position. The latest ranking is the following.
France might reverse Germany. Their points are very closely and France has possibility to get still more points this season. Notes ： UEFA ranking is not related to FIFA ranking. It is decided on results of games of European club teams. This ranking is used for decision of number of teams which appear on the stage of UEFA Champions League and UEFA Cup. |
| April 15 , 2004 All of Italian clubs were defeated from European football scene, UEFA Champions League and UEFA Cup. That incident makes me slightly sad. On the other hand, I am delighted that some French clubs are very active. Especially, I have a deep emotion to a rush of Marseilles. Because Marseilles has been demoted to the lower league in France about 10 years ago. That was a penalty. To make a good condition for the final of UEFA Champions Cup, Marseilles fixed a game in France league. Of course, that happened by owner before players are aware. By the way, Marseilles had many good player at that time, for example, Dragan Stojkovic, Didier Deschamps, Rudi Voeller and so on. Let's look forward to restoration of Marseilles. |
| April 14 , 2004 I bought a CD which is a soundtrack of "Live Forever" using internet. It is a documentary movie of Brit Pops of 90's. Oasis, Underwrld, Blur, Ocean Color Scene, Paul Weller, etc, their songs are included. This movie is scheduled to screen on summer in Japan. I'm waiting for opening of that movie in Japan. |
| April 13 , 2004 The Rock Odyssey, Fuji Rock Festival, Summer Sonic and so on, many Rock Festivals are opened in Japan this summer. Aerosmith, The Who, Paul Weller, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Chemical Brothers, Eskobar, Haven, The White Stripes, Green Day, Beastie Boys, Mando Diao, Hoobastank, The Hives …, they are going to come to Japan. How exciting that is！ I might spend much money for them. |
| April 12 , 2004 I have often said that the United States is going to gradually mad road. I have never changed my opinion about some actions of the United States to Iraq. I think that a present situation of Iraq has a point which is similar to a past war of Viet Nam. It might be that history is repeated. |
| April 11 , 2004 I came back to dormitory from Koriyama, tonight. I used the Shinkansen from Koriyama to Utsunomiya because it was more reasonable than car. I noticed that the Shinkansen has no seat belt. I think it is a great thing because the Shinkansen runs with the speed of over 200km/h. I think the Shinkansen is full of confidence for safety. |
| April 10 , 2004 I went to Koriyama and visited to the room of my friend. After a while, I went to Inawashiro lake and Bandai-Asahi national park with my friend for a drive. Inawashiro lake and Goshiki lake were a good view, and Hibara lake was still frozen. It was so wonderful. |

In this season, many French clubs are in good condition at the scene of Europe. In the other side, Itarian clubs are not good. I think that Italy may be demoted to 3rd position of UEFA ranking. |
| April 6 , 2004 Today, I felt so nice. And, cherry blossoms were in full bloom. I was excited by Formula 1 grand prix, particularly the battle of Runalt with Honda. They have fought with each other as an engine supplier about 15 years ago. But, now, they are fighting with each other as a constructor. I think it is very exciting things. |

| April 3 , 2004 I bought new tyres and aluminium wheels for my car. I spent much money because it's 18 inch diameter. Next, what is bought is HDD navigation system. I bought a game software which is for Play Station 2 (PS2). I didn't have a software of PS2 before. That name is “Winning eleven 7”. It is more difficult than old version. But, it is very exciting. |
| April 2 , 2004 Changing of seats in my office was carried out today. But, I has never been told my task by my boss. Strange to say, that is the truth . I had a dinner party with my colleague. We had some fruit wines (Kiwi and Apple)which was made by one of colleague. That taste was very good. I enjoyed this night. |
