It is the cultural meeting synthesis system music part of Tokyo Engineering University.
Till the 2000 fiscal year,
although it was working by the name a "jazz classic club",
informality name" jacla" was made into the formal name from the 2001 fiscal year for development of the further music nature.
As the name, it is working also as the concept that music will be done broadly until classic from jazz.
