         This website is being managed by senior nursing students in the Registered Nurse (RN) to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program at California State University of Northridge.

          The purpose of this web page is to help solve the nursing shortage in the United States of America (U.S.A.) and recruit more nurses who have different cultural backgrounds and provide better care for the culturally diverse population in the U.S.A.

          This web page will be helpful not only for foreign educated RNs who are interested in working as RNs and studying nursing in the U.S.A. but also for anybody who is interested in becoming an RN and going to a nursing school in the U.S.A.
