FESSでは、個性あふれるネイティブの講師たちが多く、講師たちと近い距離でレッスンをしています。
そんな個性あふれる講師の紹介をします。　

Regular instructor

Regular instructorは、毎週木曜、土曜日を担当する講師です。

Andrew abbey
Andrew abbey 土曜日担当。
[ 経歴/資格 ]
来日前はロンドン、ニューヨーク、シドニーの国際会計事務所にて国際租税関連業務に7年間従事。
来日後は英語教育やグローバル化対応に向けた企業研修トレーナーとして活躍。
大学教授として教鞭も執っている。
メンバーからは’アンディー’の愛称で親しまれている。

Whilst language skills are crucial to operating effectively in an international environment,
non-linguistic skills and cross-cultural understanding are equally important.
Language without culture is a blunt tool of limited effectiveness.
相手の国の文化や習慣の理解がなければ良いコミュニケーションは成立しません。
国際ビジネスでは言語スキルや異文化理解、非言語スキルも必要になってきます。

Ai Faithy Perez
Ai 土曜日担当。
アメリカ人の父と日本人の母のハーフ。

My father is American and my mother is Japanese.
I'm bilingual so I have a good understanding of the challenges of mastering more than one language.
I've been teaching English to children and adults of all ages for around 5 years now.

Hi everyone! My name's Paul Ono, please call me Paul.
I was born in Japan but relocated to America when I was 2 years old and resided mostly in the great state of Texas
where I would say I am somewhat a 'cowboy'in heart.
I have a variety of interests and hobbies but I mostly enjoy cycling around the beautiful countrysides and rivers.
Also dancing is a favorite pasttime as well as photography, bbq, horseback riding and travelling. As you can see, I enjoy anything outdoors.
I am a gregarious, adventurous and spontaneous person.

Hi and thank you for reading my profile.
I was born in Canada and have lived for almost the last 5 years in Japan now. I have been working as an English instructor for almost the whole time here. I have a background in tourism specifically in the Canadian Rockies where I developed an interest in the Japanese language and culture to help provide better customer service to our Japanese visitors. I love teaching and enjoy helping people achieve high levels of communication skills. I have an interest in chess, Mac computers, playing guitar, learning Japanese and of course skateboarding that will be featured as a new sport in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics (hence my skateboarding profile pic). I believe the best way to improve skills is to use them in a setting that doesn't involve too much focus on grammar and more on communication. I am quite impressed with the level of proficiency the regular members of FESS demonstrate on a consistent basis and look forward to serving them and any new members who are considering to join this group.

こんにちは。 カナダ出身のマイクです。
日本に住み始めてからの約5年間、英語講師をしています。 カナディアンロッキーで旅行ガイドをしていた時に日本語と日本の文化に興味が湧いてきたんです。
趣味はチェス、MAC　PC、ギター、日本語の勉強、そして　2020年の東京オリンピックに新競技として注目されているスケートボードです。
語学のスキルアップの為には、あまり文法にこだわりすぎず、実際に使ってみることが一番だと考えます。FESSのメンバーが常にそれを実践していることに驚きです。新たにFESSに加わることを考え中の方達の役にも立ちたいと思います。
一緒に楽しみながら、スキルも磨きましょう！

1996年に来日して以来、16年間英会話講師として勤務。
現在は中学校の英語教師や企業向けの英会話レッスンを実施している。

I'm an English Instructor at Chiba City JHS and I also teach corporate classes at a few companies.
I have plenty of experience with all ages and all types of learners. I want to make fun, clear, and meaningful lessons.
様々な年齢層の生徒さんと色々なレッスンをしてきました。

The key to learning English is not studying.
It is using English in an English speaking environment.
Of course, you do need to learn vocabulary, but practicing and expanding your communication skill is paramount.
We, the FESS instructors, are all experienced teachers and are able to create an environment for you to expand your English skill.
英語を学習する秘訣は勉強ではありません。英語を話す環境で英語を使うことです。ボキャブラリーを学び、練習し、
コミュニケーションの幅を広げる力が大切です。
