What do senior students of university who are hunting jobs want most in jobs? Money is the most important for some students, or whether company is famous is the most important for some others. On my part, the most important condition on hunting jobs is whether I can do what I want at the company. If this condition is fulfilled, I prefer to work for a big company rather than a small company.

The first reason why I choose a big company to work for rather than a small company is the possibility to find bosses whom I respect and who improve me is higher in a big company. Being a boss or an important person in a big company is a tough job. They must stand out in thousands of co-workers by working hard, and using their leadership skill and communication skills with sense of humor. They are definitely so attractive that I respect them, learn something from them, and improve myself. Actually, I worked for a big company, and I met a boss who taught me the pleasure to work extremely hard and achieve the goal. As a result my life has been entirely changed. The possibility to find such bosses is higher in a big company because the number of employees are larger and to climb a corporate ladder is more competitive in a big company.

Secondly, people easily trust one who works for a big company, so I prefer to work for a big company under the condition I can do what I want. For example, when I buy something expensive like a house or a car, a loan company demands me to write down the company I am working for to make sure if I can pay back the loan. Loan companies do not judge me, but a company I am working for. As an another example, when I worked for a big company as a sales staff, my customers trust me and the products I was selling on the ground that I worked for a big company and the products was of the company. Therefore I believe the name value is important to get trust in the society.

In conclusion, the most important condition for me to choose a company is that I can do what I want in the company. If this condition is fulfilled, I prefer to work at a big company rather than a small company. It is because the possibility I can meet a great boss is higher in a big company. Moreover, the name of the company is important to get trust in a society.
