お部屋の種類
　＊共同アパート・・・住居者みんなでお風呂、トイレ、キッチンなどを使います。
　　Community　ａｐａｒｔｍｅｎｔ・・・All　tenant　share　bath，toilet　and　kitchen　 etc．　

　＊ワンルーム・・・お風呂、トイレ、キッチンが一通り一部屋に揃っています。
　　Efficiency　apartment・・・There　are　bath，toilet　and　kitchen　in　one　 room．
　　・ユニットバス・・・お風呂とトイレが一緒の部屋にあります。
　　　Modular bath
　　・セパレート・・・お風呂とトイレは別々になっています。
　　　Separate　type・・・Bath　and　toilet　are　individual．
　
　＊和室・・・畳（たたみ）のお部屋です。
　　　Japanese　style・・・Japanese　Tatami‐mat
　＊洋室・・・フローリングのお部屋です。
　　　Western　style・・・ｆｌｏｏｒｉｎｇ
　
　　　・１畳（１じょう）は約1.66�uです。
　　　　1mat　is　about　1.66　square　meters．

お金
　＊家賃・・・毎月家主さんに支払います。
　　　Rent/month・・・You　ｐａｙ　owner　of　the　house　every　month．

　＊共益費・・・家賃に加え毎月家主さんに支払います。
　　　　　　　　　一般に、共用部分の光熱費などの使用料として使われる金額です。
　　　Community　Fee/month・・・In　addition　to　rent，ｙou　ｐａｙ　owner　of　the　 house　every　month．　Generally　This　is　lighting　and　heating　expenses　and　so　on　ｉｎ　common　area．

　＊敷金・・・契約時に家主さんに支払います。保証金の意味合いが強く修繕費・クリーニング代として差し引かれ、返金されます。
　　　Security　Deposit・・・You　ｐａｙ　owner　of　the　house　when　you　lease．
　This　has　the　implications　of　a　security　money. After　this　is　taken　off　as　repair，cleaning　expenses，　this　is　refunded　

　＊礼金・・・契約時に家主さんに支払います。このお金は退去時にも返金されないお金です。
　　　Key　Money・・・You　ｐａｙ　owner　of　the　house　when　you　lease．
　　　　　　　　　　　　　Key　money　is　not　refunded　when　you　leave．　　　　

　＊仲介手数料・・・契約時に不動産屋さんに支払うお金です。仲介料は一般に家 賃の一ヶ月分とされます。
　　（生協を通して契約すると、この仲介料が組合員価格となり割引となります。）
　　Commision・・・You　pay　real　estate　when　you　lease．　Generally　This　is　a　month　ｒｅｎｔ．
