契約の前に必ずその物件を直接見なければならない、さもなければ後でトラブルになります。
　　
　　Before your contracting, you must visit your selective one actually and it well exactly, otherwise, sometimes it'll be any troubles.

基本的に家族や友人と住むことは出来ません、また入居後一緒になることも出来ません。違反者は直ちに退去させられるでしょう。

Don't live there with your family and friends , also don't join them after entering in there. The violator will be ordered to leavefrom there immediately.

敷金は、退去する時にほとんど返ってきません、更に住居に対して破損、しみ、臭い、など、損害や問題がある場合は、修繕のための追徴金を払わなけれ ばなりません。

The security deposit won't get back to you at all when you move out, moreover if you'll give any damages or problems to the residence that is breaking,
blot,smell etc, when you have to pay more extra money for repair it.

ほとんどの住居には、契約期間がありまづが、毎年2月か3月に自動的に更新されます。ただし、留学生の場合、残りの残留期間を連絡するのが望ましいです。

All most all residences have the annual contract term, it's renewed at every February or March automatically, but in the case of foreign students
it's desirable to inform your remainder term in there.

もし、生活において何か不具合や不明点がある時は、速やかに家主か生協に連絡相談しなければなりません。もしあなたがコミュニケーションを怠った場合、事体はいっそう悪くなるでしょう。家主、近所、生協とのコミュニケーションは非常に重要です。

If you'll get any trouble and uncleaness in your life when you must inform and consult with CO-OP SHOP or the owner immediately, if you won't
communicate with them when the problem is getting worse and worse. Communication with the owner , neighbors and CO-OP SHOP is very important
in your life.

身元保証人として担当教官の承認が必要です。

It's necessary the acceptance of your teacher as aguarantor.

住居と社会のすべての規約を厳守のこと。

Observe all rules of the residence and society strictly.
