Fatigue

There are many causes of fatigue. There are three reasons that will be explained here. The first cause is that you are not using your calories as efficiently as you should. Fatigue and exhaustion appear especially when carbohydrates are not utilized well. Vitamin B1 is necessary to use carbohydrates efficiently. Niacin and biotin help to make energy from carbohydrates and lipids. Magnesium also plays an important role in the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids The second cause of fatigue is an accumulation of lactic acids. Lactic acids are formed, when calories are burned to make energy in your body. Normally, lactic acids are decomposed of by simply resting your body. If you keep using energy without adequate rest, accumulated lactic acids cause chronic fatigue. Vitamin B1, niacin and vitamin C help to decompose the lactic acids faster. The third reason for fatigue is stress. Please check the explanation for stress.
