Natto Episodes
Episode 1:
Washed natto thinking it had gone ebadf, then microwaved it just to be safe. The smell increased and so ended up throwing all the natto away in the rubbish. (n.b. when heated up, natto increases its smell, but after cooking, the esmellf is decreased, and tastes better; just like garlic)

It is common knowledge among the Japanese that non-Japanese people cannot eat natto – usually. Some Japanese use ewhether one can eat nattof as a test for how authentically gJapaneseh that non-Japanese person is.

Natto mixed wit Korean Kimchi has effects of preventing blood clots. To see if Koreans would like the taste, Daizu-kun asked his Korean friend to try Natto with Kimchi. To his surprise, he was told the Koreans do eat something similar, but they put it into soup instead. Explaining how good natto tastes, Daizu-kun got his friend to try it out. Some Chinese mistook Natto for a
similar-looking soy product they have in
Some demanded they get their money back.
Natto miso-soup was fairly well received even by those who do not usually like natto. Quite a few couples, one of which was Japanese could be seen being epersuadedf to try natto by their Japanese partners. Maybe they were eput to the testf as in Episode 2??
