Port Said

I live in Port Said facing to the Mediterranean Sea. Port Said is located 200 km north east of Cairo. The population of Port Said is about 350,000. This city is the northern entrance of the Suez Canal. Port Said was a beautiful city during the British colonial period, but is an unattractive boring city now. There is nothing exiting in Port Said now.

Cairo

Cairo is the capital of Egypt. The population of Cairo is more than 12 million. Cairo is one of the major cities on Arab countries. Cairo is located at the center of fan-shaped Nile delta 200 km from the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. The River Nile is running in the city of Cairo.

The Egyptian Museum and Citadel are located in Cairo and the Pyramids are situated in Giza next to Cairo. Therefore, many tourists, mainly Europeans, visit Cairo. However, Cairo isn't a clean city and there are a lot of litters. The air is heavily polluted and water of the River Nile also very dirty. Cairo is in disorderly fashion and very nosey. The traffic congestion is very serious as well. The environment for life is terrible in Cairo. Although security is tight and Cairo is a city where a women can walk alone at night.
