会話の中での”No."は短く切らないで"No-------o."と柔らかく!

It's very long or far. (tooは不可能なときに使う。実際に通っていればtoo farやtoo longはありえない。)

I don't mind.(かまわない。)Sounds good.(いいな。)Nice and quiet.(いいあんばいに静か。)Good reason! Mine, too. Don't worry about it.

過去形注意!今は違うという意味になることもあるので注意。
couldはやれたのにやらなかったと言う意味になるので単にやれたと言いたいときにはwas able to を使う。

Holloween 起源はB.C5世紀頃の the Celtic Irelandにあるお祭りだそうです。夏の終わりのお盆のような行事で、亡くなった人のsoulが戻ってくる日。日本と決定的に違うのは戻ってくる魂が宿る肉体を探すという思想です。このため、魂に宿られないように家の明かりを消し、奇妙なかっこうをするのだとか。民話に基づくJack-o-lantanはIrelandではpumpkinではなくturnip(かぶ)。次のサイトは音楽もついて楽しくHalloweenを紹介しています。

miss : 逃すこと。的から外れること。
