In the peninsula.(3): What is the purpose of the Republic and States?

KEDO or U.S. freezed to supply crude petroleum for the North Korea in December 2002. It was said that 500,000 tons of crude petroleum amount about behalf of the Republic yearly requiremrent. The Republic determinded to withdraw from NPT for the reason U.S. nonfulfillment of supply.

I wonder why the Republic to set their nuclear weapon project for the U.S. high official in this bad timing.

Maybe U.S. already perceived this affair and had any evidences of this fact. In early day of October 2002, the Republic confirmed under the pressure of U.S. After establishment of KEDO in October 1994, Republic took a breath for energy problem by immense volume of heavy oil assistance. But the Republic could not solve many other critical situation, both industrial and agricultual depression. The relation between supply and demand was awfully changed. So the Republic could not keep their distribution system. Though it called as "economic innovation", it impressed that the place of the Republic's death located in near future. As a matter of fact, those who poor peoples' difficulty of life increased under the influence of "innovation". Kim's dictatorial establishment, nominal "Republic", will be breakdown naturally. Another words, other party, Russia, China, States, Korea(South) and Japan wait for the time of catharsis. They will not attack North, because they could win without any efforts or military strength. It was clarified that the Republic commited all sorts of vices, like forged notes, drugs, kidnapping, smugglings, swindlings and other various crimes.

States will postpone all conversations and assistances for/with the Republic.

Maybe the Republic had been developping "Gun-triggered-type" uranium(235/233) bomb, easy than "implosion-triggered-type" plutonium(239) bomb. Uranium radiation's by-half-term is only one year. It is needed to re-charge uranium every year. Of course, it required much amount of money for the Republic,in the red international balance of payment. Then the Republic will automatically be a ruined country between ten and several years. (2003/01/11)
In the peninsula.(2): Why the North decided to draw up themselves as a evil?

Long since, the North Korea came to a deadlock in agricultural and industrial production. They lacked even in provisions. In other words, they starved out themselves. So they forged a lot of paper money, sold missile, drug and stimulant by any means.

I think that North Korea had rejected to offer enough amount of help from Russia and China within this two years. Russia themselves needed many assist from western world. China succeed in economic revolution to construct good relationship with Democratic countries. Both Russia and China hope to get good relation between U.S and western countries. In the year 2002, China becomes too nervous to happen many Korean refugees in their country.

In the result, U.S. could call the North Korea as "the constitution of evil". Both Russia and China opposed to attack North Korea, but not denied North Korea as "evil". The day of September 17, 2002, North Korea had to draw up themselves as invader or evil, to get money from Japan. Next day, President Puchin welcomed this decision as it was the result of his suggestion to General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

Maybe no one believe that many kidnaps from Japan and South Korea (over 500) caused while Royal Kim's did not know. Eight Japanese sacrificed by Royal Kim's family. And several millions of North Koreans dead by hunger and punished by the country. The General Secretary and his family will be noted as "evil" at the history textbooks of far east.

In the peninsula.; Many of Japanese believe that peninsula MiG-21 are menace to Japan. It have not enough range and payload to attack Japan. Mig-21 was good interceptor, but poor for attack object. Under grounded base suggested that strategy of the Republic based on deffence. They owned about 1140 air planes in 1995. It was nearly 200 over than JASDF. But we could not compare in numerous of them. Most of them are too out-of-dated. MiG-21 is rather newer in the Republic. They do not have enough amount of oil and bullets, too. Four to eight MiG-29 knocked down in peninsula. They had to believed as "the Republic made even MiG-29 individually". They do not know some of important weapon system from original MiG-29. It is luckey for Japan that MiG-29 spent much gas and money than MiG-17 and MiG-21. So they could not get enough number of MiG-29, missile and training. Only a few pilots have the chance to study operation. In the year 2001, Republic planned to get more MiG-29. But even in Russia, MiG-29 production had closed nearly ten years ago, by the reason of poor performance.

It maybe scarce to use real AAM in the training. It is not available to over thousands hour of training for each pilot. Actually, they mentioned to pretend to improve nuclear weapon. That meaned they know that they could not win with usual weapons. They have not enough number of telephone and network. Usually they use bicycle to make any correspondence. Security is the greatest enemy. We could not deny the ability of any kind of war. But war requires enough money. Many specialists analized that they could continue a war for several hours to several days. Their stocks are too short. Most fundamental material for the miilitary is "food". They are too poor that they met serious difficulty.
