ストックホルム滞在中 月光の中で歌詠みを夢見る。伝統的な和歌と近代的なテーマを結び付けて
新しい世界をひろげる。世界中さすらいながら、楽の音の調べにのせて和歌を詠み絶賛される。環境やテクノロジーや
人間と自然との調和をテーマにする。環境教育への想いもあつく、最近フロリダでひらかれた、子供たちのための環境サミット
にもゲストとして招かれ『環境和歌集』を朗詠しアメリカの子供たちからの熱狂的な声援をうける。

It was while living in Stockholm,on an especially beautiful moonlit night that
Kaoru's life=calling revealed itself to her.As a poet,Kaoru combines ancient traditions
with modern themes, thrilling audiences araound the world with her original compositions.
Presented as a song,and composed of 31 syllables(57577),this style of Japanese poetry has
been referred to as Waka since the 5th Century A.D.Her themes cover the environment and technology,and how humans must
strve for balance between the two.She dedicates her work to the azure sky in which our children
may forever find their dreams.
