My name is Ying-hsiang Kuo, I was born and grew up in Taipei. My family consisted of five members, Grandmother, parents, sister and I. My parents are public servants. They are always very concerned on my education and better behavior since my very young age. My Father engaged in computer management field over thirty years. Although father retired now, he still interested on such field, never change. I am interested in computer usage too, more or less is affected by my father. Mother is working at Taiwan railway. It is interesting matters; my sister also works in City bank’s computer department too. Over half of my family members are working in computer relative jobs. In Taiwan I’m graduated from Kun Shan University of Technology major in Fabric application. But in Taiwan, People who major in textile finding job is difficult. So when I graduate, I planed to study in computer. At the beginning, I attended the triple I training course. I spent a full year on study of primary college courses of computer science. Then I applied US University for my continued study. In 1999, I went to US to build my master degree. Now I’m graduated from Umass Dartmouth as a Computer Science Master. I learned many things in Umass Dartmouth, such as Data Base, System Design, Parallel and Distributed, AI and Network. My Master project is use PocketPC in restaurant. [Including database, intranet and wireless NET]. So now, I can promise I have practice in enterprises business network, and have strong technology and experience to deal with computer usage problems. Two years American education let me think more deeply and widely. And cultivate me good information search. I think I could be a qualified person worked in a computer heavy load environments.
