Cooking Method and Tips
Each cooking method and tips modified to Australian students' taste. As
this lesson is held once in a week, I show how to cook each dish and let
students know the taste first, and the students cook the meal in the following
week. Then the students write a cooking method, and a journal for each
menu. This is a part of assessment as well as practical side.
