「曲の中の話し声〜話し声と歌声の与える効果の違い〜」
「A study of differences between an effect of talking and an effect of singing」
要旨
ポップスやロックの曲の中には、話声が入っている曲がある。そのような曲の、途中話声の入っているところを聴くと、なんだかはっとする感じがすることがある。それが一体何か、曲の中にある話声の持つ効果は何か、考察するのが本論の目的である。
人間の脳は左と右に分かれており、左は言語活動を司っており、右は音楽活動などを司っている。また、右側の脳を使っているときはリラックスできるといわれる。ここで、一部の歌声が脳の右側で処理されることは分かっているが、どのような歌声が右側で処理されるかは明らかでない。
私は、大部分の歌を含んだ音楽は、脳の右側で処理されると仮定する。したがって、我々は、音楽を聴くときはリラックスしていると考えられる。しかし、その曲の中に話声が入っていると、それをわれわれは左側で捉え、脳の右側と左側とでは左側の方が優先し、どちらか一方を主に使うので、音楽そのものも左側の脳でとらえることになる。そして、リラックスしていた意識は、言語活動をする際の意識状態に変化する。これがはっとする感じの正体である。また、曲の中の話声は、聴く者の意識を覚醒させるため、曲の印象づけのこうかも持つ。
Some song of a pop music or rock music include talking voice. When I listen to those music, sometimes I came to myself with a start. The purpose of this paper is to make clear this feeling and the effect of talking.
A brain of human is divided into two side. The left side takes charge of language activity and the right side mainly takes charge of music activity. During using the right side, one can be easy in his mind. It is clear that some of the singing are disposed by the right side, but what kind of singing are disposed by the right side is not clear.
I suppose that most of a song are disposed by the right side, thus we can relax in listening a music. But if a music include some talking, we dispose this talking and song by the left side, because we can not use both side of a brain at the same time and the right side is mild. Then a mind which is relaxed alter into linguistic mind. This change is true character of the feeling. And, talking in a song impress the song on one's mind by awaken his mind.
