Cream cheese: 200 g
Egg: 2
Heavy Cream: 200 cc
Flour: 30 g
Sugar: 80 g
Lemon juice: 2 tea spoon
* Instruction *
Beat cream cheese becomeing at room tempreture, eggs, sugar, heavy cream and lemon juice (Liquidizer is easy.).
Add sifted flour, and mix in lightly.
Pour the mixture into the round bread pan, and bake the cake 20-30 min at 190 degree C.
Keep in fridge for 30-40 min until cool.
