☆スイートポテト☆
〜四人分〜

さつまいも 400 g(1本)
砂糖 50g
生クリーム 40cc
牛乳 40cc
塩 少々
卵黄 1個
バニラエッセンス 少々
塗り黄身(卵黄1個、砂糖少々)
水小さじ 1/4

☆作り方☆
 さつまいもは、1cmの輪切りにして水にさらし、皮をむいて再び水にさらし
て濁り水が出なくなるまで洗います。鍋にそのさつまいもを入れて水を十分ひた
るまで入れ、串がすんなり通るくらいまでゆでます。

 ゆでたさつまいもをラップで巻いてつぶします。なめらかさを出すなら、裏ご
しをします。別にしなくてもいいです。

 鍋にいれ、砂糖50g、生クリーム40cc、牛乳40cc、塩少々を加えて混ぜます。

 火にかけ、へらで鍋肌から離れるようになるまでしっかり練ります。

 火から下ろして卵黄1個を混ぜ、バニラエッセンス少々を加えて混ぜます。

 型に入れて形を整え、塗り黄身の材料を混ぜ合わせて塗り、オーブンにかけて
180℃で15分ほど焼きあげます。

Sweet potato: 400 g (about 1)
Sugar: 50 g
Fresh cream: 40 cc
Milk: 40 cc
Salt: a few
Yolk: 1
Vanilla essence: a few
To painting yolk: 1
Water: 1/4

* Instruction *

Sweet potato was cut in round slices of width 1 cm, and breaching in the water.
Skin was striped and breaching in the water again. It washed until muddy water gets not to come out.
Sweet potato was put in saucepan, and was dip by the enougth water. And it boiled until the skewer passes easy.

The boiled sweet potato was rap and crush. If you want to lets out smoothness, let's through a strainer.

These were put in saucepan, 50 g of Sugar, 40 cc of Fresh cream, 40 cc of Milk and a few of Salt could be added and there was mixed.

While heat on the fire, it kneads enough until leaves from panwall by a spatula.

After cut off the fire, 1 of Yolk and a few of Vanilla essence could be added and there was mixed.

This mixture was put in forms, and paint by 1 of To painting yolk. These were burned with the oven for about 15 min at 180 degree C.
