We, Yoichi and I, went to the Beavers' field trip to the Sidney marine museum around lunch time.
I asked the family "the Willis" of Yoichi's friend Brook for a drive there.
I always get nervous when I have to ask someone for something. But happily everyone I asked so far gave us
a drive very willingly even though the driver was father, not mother. They are very kind to come to my house to pick us up.
I must greatly appreciate their kindness!
At the Sidney marine museum, we learned about the whales. It was a little bit smaller museum than I had expected, though.
We learned about their habitat, the amount of thier appetite, and we could see the real bone of whales so that
we could guess how big they are. Yoichi was really interested in their bone and surprised by their bigness.
I intend to take him to the whale watching tour in summer time. So this field trip was really good chance for him
to get to know about the whale in advance!
After about an hour of the firled trip, Yoichi went to Brook's house to play with him and his brothers.
When I walked to thier house to pick up Yoichi at 4pm, they were playing together so happily.
I also had tea and a lots of conversation with his mother Anna for almost an hour before we left for home.
She was very openminded and we had a good time although she needed to take care of her 1year-old baby.
Yoichi didn't like to leave there and craved to go back there even after we got home.
Thank you very much, Peter. Anna, Brook, Logan and little little baby Luke.
