Today one of my Japanese friends who used to take lessons with me at AEON in Kashiwa came over.
She named Keiko is going to study accounting in Kamloops in Canada for 2 years.
She visited me on her way to Kamloops just after leaving Japan this Monday. We met up together 2:30 pm at the bus depot.
I showed her some beautiful spots which were really such off the beaten tracks as almost none of visitors passed through without noticing.
Waterfront of the Cadboro Bay, mystic veil, and so on. After walking around, we ate out for dinner with 3 of us and chose the Japanese
restaurant where one of my school friends was working, because Yoichi wanted to eat some sushi. It was so fantastic time for us.
I had never been visited by any acquaintances from Japan, except for Tomohiro. She was impressed a lot by the beautifulness of Victoria
and started worrying about her decision to go to Kamloops which most people say was nothing to write home about.
Yoichi ate quite a lot at the restaurant, especially it was surprising that he could eat 3 kinds of sushi(ikura, tamago, maguro)
when we had almost done. Yoichi looked happy to be able to eat ikura. Actually I am craving for it, too, but at the same time
I am enjoying waiting for the chance to be able to have the most delicious ones at the last minute in Japan.

We split around 9:15 after hanging around Victoria Harbor where we took some pictures of the lighted-up Parliament Buildings.
She went back to the B&B hotel near the bus depot and was due to leave here tomorrow.
We encouraged each other when we got on our bus. I really hope that she can have a wonderful life in Canada.
