| 1977年ラビットを脱退し、1978年トレヴォー・ラビンのファースト・ソロアルバム
”ＢＥＧＩＮＮＩＮＧＳ” を南アフリカに於いて発売する。このアルバムのな中で、トレヴァーの父親である Godfrey Rabin (ヨハネスバーグ交響楽団の コンサートマスターを務めている)が２曲バイオリンを弾いている。 同年 南アフリカを離れ、ロンドンでCｈrysaliis Recordsと契約しＢＥＧＩＮＮＩＮＧＳを リミックスした セルフタイトル・TREVOR RABINを発売。 ”Love ALone","I Love You"は、TREVOR RABINには無い２曲。 ”Love ALone"は、バイオリン とピアノを中心に２つの楽器が絶妙にとけあい 甘い歌声が夢の世界へと誘ってくれる優しいメロディである。 ”Could There Be"は、トレヴァーの甘い歌声優しいギターの響きが 温かいぬくもりを感じさせてくれる。 "Ｉ Love You"は、"Finding Me A Way Back Home"と同じメロディーであるが、 歌詞の一部が違いトレ ヴァーの優しい語りが挿入されている。 |
