  スウェーデン出身の ANCIENT WISDOM は Marcus Norman によるソロプロジェクトです。 1996年にファースト「For Snow Covered the Northland」、1997年にセカンド「The Calling」を リリースしています。今作がサードとなります。 ダークでシンフォニックな音楽を演奏しています。ブラックメタルに入るかもしれませんが、 かなり美しい楽曲が多いです。ヴォーカルはそのものですが・・・。 ８曲目はDEMONのカヴァーです。
