発光効果++glow++ (MacとIE4.xは不可) sample

文字や画像の周りから発光させます。
フィルターパラメーターを[パラメータ名=値]の形式で指定します。
複数のパラメータを指定する場合は、半角のカンマ","で区切って記述します。
