Using Cuirassiers

Cuirassier is one of the strongest hand-to-hand fighting cavalry in this game. It is fast producing and has a good attack and defense parameter. In pt30 thousands game, some people will finish all the defense upgrades and then, this unit will be unstoppable. At least you want to finish the 3^rd and academy's defense upgrade and the attack upgrade at the blacksmith [Attack 20 Defense 16sword 7shot].

 

Going Against Cuirassiers

Cuirassier can come towards you with quite a lot of numbers. It has an armor so it can survive the multi-barrel, so one way is to shoot them with muskets and dragoons. In Cossacks there is a bonus that could kill the enemy with one shot so use that advantage. Another put weak units in front of the cannon and let the cannon shoot its strong grapeshot. The units you use might be archer that finished destroying the enemy wall, or drummer with a defense uograde.
