We are unable to recover data from the following drive associated with Job
NUmber 1980:

          Manufacturer: xxx
                 Model: xxxx-xxxxx
         Serial Number: xxxxxxxx

The drive has an extremely deep groov ground into it by the head, which
measures approximately 1/4-inch wide and 1/64-inch deep.  The groov lines up
perfectly with a circular die-stamped reenforcement dimple on the lid of the
drive.  The interrior of the dive enclosure is extremely contaminated with
material that was removed from the groov, which has caused colateral damage
in the form of platter abrasion.  Consequently, we are unable to recover any
data from the drive, even in part.
