I'm a programmer working for some software company in Osaka.
If I were to have my page I'd rather have ones related to non-computer topics like new GAMERA-movies
or movies of Tim Burton, the sound of Dolby Digital System and so on because honestly I prefer
to separate my personal life and my job.
I cannot help thinking myself to follow the generous sponsor's will, however, since it is free. Maybe the motive I decided to have a page here was very stingy
and I feel guilty. Do you think I'm too serious?
Thinking that way, I must offer something useful or at least a bit fun to visitors. This city,
SiliconValley might be the only place I can stay. Since then I started to waste my precious private
time to write about a computer and to write HTML files. I should have been aware of the fact
that most expensive is something free.
Nevertheless I've been with UNIX for more than ten years. For someone like me who keeps using PC-UNIX
(currently FreeBSD) for a development on the job and personal use at home even when most of staffs
in my office write programs on Window95 or WindowsNT with VC++ environment, it probably could be a
part of my life to talk about UNIX with which I have been fooling around longer than with
my wife, to which I have closer
relationship than to my wife, perhaps I believe, maybe.
So I would like to make my pages better with a lot of computer related subjects mainly focuses on UNIX and with a few private and non-computer stories. And I also want to point out misunderstanding about UNIX on a many magazines, and introduce good articles and books.
Oh, and one more thing. Please let me know if you find any mistakes or strange expressions
(I'm expecting a lot of them, of course.) in my English.
Thank you.
