I had no trouble in Rjttrjcc situation.
I successfully made "747wpt.dat" files by using next procedure.
"copy /b wpt1.dat+wpt2.dat 747wpt.dat"

"6nm 6000A from CHE VOR/DME" was input by next procedure.
Enter ".21/CHE/6/184" and press the Line Select Key 1 Left to transfer the
scratchpad information into the FMC.
Enter the following speed/altitude command to all four lines:
185/6000A by pressing LSK 1R.
And I tried to make SID for RJBB, next.
I have SID's and STAR's map of Japan from
