The Kyoto Prefecture International Center is proud to announce the opening of a Counseling Window for Foreigners Living in Kyoto. Their counselors provide services in a number of foreign languages. They will give you the latest information for your needs ,introduce you to other specialists and services. They are here for you, so don't hesitate to ask for their help.
