　移民、難民の英語力の向上を目的とした無料の英語のクラス。地元のコミュニティカレッジのアダルトスクールのプログラムに組み込まれているケースが多いです。アダルトスクールの場合、学生ビザ、観光ビザでは受講できません。慈善団体などが主催するものならビザに関係なく無料で英語のプログラムを提供しているところもあるようです。

図書館での英語のクラス
