I was waken up by stupid birds at 5am this morning. Sleeppppyyyyyy.... We are talking about some idioms at the morning class. How to say bad words nicely. It was too hot to study at the class room, so we went to outside at the afternoon class. There is Humber arboretum behind the college building and the rez. It is the place where trees and flowers are grown for the study of landscaping students. Our class went to the Humber Arboretum to find a nice shade place... Studying outside is really nice. At the night, we had workshops, and I entried for the Drama workshop. Before we started it, we had the conversation class. I went to the class with Sylvie, who is my classmate. We did a Pictionary game. One person draw the picture without saying anything, and other people guess what the person wants to tell us. I played this game with Omble-san and Mark-san when they were here. I was really sucked at it. Today, I was good at this game..not drawing..guessing. At the workshop, we played a banch of games, especially "Su-Pu-Pa" was hilarious. When one person points at another person with saying"Su", the person who is pointed has to say "Pu" with crossing thier arms. Then people who is sitting either side of the person who is pointed have to say "Pa" with reaching thier arm toward to him/her. If the parson who was pointed doesn't say "Pu", or doesn't cross his/her arms before the both side of people say "Pa"...Making this game interesting, we played so fast... that was so crazy... We laughed a lot.. Finally, the world cup game will be start within 7hrs... I have to leave my house at 8am..I can only see 1hr..hum....anyway, I have to finish my homework, and get some sleep... 2002年05月31日 12時14分04秒 |

今日の朝はどきどきしながら学校に行ってきました。というのも今日はクラス分けの結果が出るから・・・・これで下のクラスとかになってたらほんとにEAPの先生方に殺されるかも・・。おかげさまで一番上のクラスになんとかもぐりこんでみました。教室に行くと・・やっぱりフランス語がしゃべれなくて、アジア人は私だけといつもより微妙な状態に・・でも新しい先生のTaniyaはすっごい面白い先生で、クラスメイトものりがよくて楽しかったです。クラスは一応GrammerとSpeakingに別れてるんだけど、ほとんど会話が中心でした。ちなみに今日はクラスオリンピックが夜にあったのでクラスオリジナルの応援歌を作る羽目に。３０分もめた結果、かなり微妙なのができました。 夜の７時からクラスオリンピックのスタートです。障害物競走や飴渡しゲーム、応援合戦・・傑作だったのが自分達の着てるものを脱いで、並べていくゲーム・・始めは上着とか靴下とかだったんだけど、最終手段で女子全員ブラとりました。狂ってます・・ちなみにうちらは３位でした。でも楽しかった！！ 明日もがっこうだわがんばろっと。 2002年05月30日 12時52分48秒 |

It was really hot today...SLP students didn't have any class today because teachers had to mark 120 students' tests for the class which will start tomorrow. Instead of taking class, we went to the walking tour in Downtown today. We started walking from ROM. Then we walked down to Queen's park, Chinatown, Queen st, Eaton Centre, Yonge st, Church st, and Union station. We just walked, walked, walked.....awfully a lot. I think I got tanned today. When we got Eaton centre, there was an event which we could take a picture with the Stanley cup...Wow...I was so lucky.. When we finished the walking tour, all students but me went back to the Humber rez, and I went to watch the movie "Insomnia"..That was a good one. After I watched the movie, I ran to the Peel pub to watch the Leafs game...When I got there...it was awfully slow..nobody's there. I felt something weird feeling at that time because the place is usually busy at the hockey night.. Then, we ordered drinks, they said that they couldn't serve beer because they had lost the lisence about 1 month before...oh..my..god... no wonder, nobody's there... Watching hockry games without beer sucks... but I was too tired to find another pub, and the game was almost starting...so we stayed there. Toronto lost the game at over time...our hockey season is over. When Sundin got a goal at last 10 secs, we were so excited. I knew the camera guy from CTV was at the bar, but I didn't think he was going to shoot us. According to my friends from college, my friends and I were on TV, and we looked so crazy..... I debuted on Canadian TV.... anyway, Carolina got scored at the overtime, and they advanced to the final stage. Now..I can concentrate to watch the world cup game. 2002年05月30日 11時58分09秒 |

だらけた夏休み生活もさようなら、今日から学生に戻りました。朝６時半に起きるのもつらいと思ってしまうほど、だらけたので直すのが大変そうです。９時には学校について、今日はクラス分けテストでした。EAPオフィスにいってクラス番号をもらい、教室に行くと・・・クラスのほとんどがケベックから来たCanadians..飛び交うフランス語・・・ESLでアジア人が１２０人中あたしを含めて３人なんて・・信じられない。Grammar,Writingテストのあとお昼休みにBBQをしました。今週のお誕生日の人を祝ったりして、ケーキも出てきたし。たのしーー！！即席フランス語講座もしてもらいました。その後はSpeakingのテストが会ったんだけど、下手に先生達をしてるからちょっとやりにくかった・・。結果は水曜日に分かるので・・どのクラスになるのかな？これでひどい点とってたら、EAPの先生に殺されるかも・・。 明日は先生達がテストの採点をするので、私達はDowntown Walking tour!ここに２年近く住んでて、いく必要があるのかちょっと悩みますが・・まあ楽しいかも。 明日は大事なトロントの試合・・負けたら終わりです。どうなるかな・・・心臓にわるい。 2002年05月28日 10時38分50秒 |

It is a very nice day today. My friend, Ting, and I went to the Pacific mall. It is located on Steel st, and it is a huge Chinese shopping mall. I thought I was in Hong Kong when we got there. There were also many Japanese products, too. Ying bought Japanese face wash....After we shopped, we went upstairs. There was a video game arcade. There was like heaven to me... DD2, Pop'n'music, Parapara... Sanba de Amigo... espacially, Pop'n'music... I was so into this game when I was in Japan. I haven't played it since I went back to Japan last time. I was so happy to play this game today... then, we called Ying's husband to pick us up by his car. After he came, we went to a supermarket that is inside the mall. I found "shisyamo" there. I was dying to eat this fish. hum....yammy. We bought so many stuff and went home. After, I got home, I didn't feel like to cook dinner, so I called up Andy, and we went to a restaurant that is close to my house. Before that, Andy took me a short bike ride to Lakeshore. It was really fun. Today was such a nice day for a bike ride. I want to get a motercycle lisence, or I need my scooter here. Tomorrow, Summer language program will start. またまた、寒いです。夏はどこへ行ってしまったのか・・・５月も終わりなのにね。 昨日はローラーブレードから帰ってきたら、突然の腹痛の為、動けず・・せっかくビデオ借りて、キリンラガーとBBQチキンでビデオナイトと思ったのに・・・だいなし。ビデオは根性で見たけど。やっとやっと見つけた"The legend of 1900"（海の上のピアニスト）。全然日本タイトルと違ったから、見つけるの大変だった・・。いい話だったんだけど、お腹に気を取られて集中しにくかった・・。 今日は朝は天気よかったのに、夕方から一気に気温が下がって、雨がふってます。お出かけした帰りに、近くの映画館で見逃してくやしい思いをしてた、"I am sam"を見てきました。これが、また・・・おおまけ。突然決めたのでハンドタオルもなく、売店でゲットした紙ナプキンのみ。最後のほうは紙ナプキンほとんど溶けてたし。 明日はYingとパシフィックモールにいくの。楽しみ！！噂によるとモールのゲーセンに「サンバでアミーゴ」があるらしい。日本でまだあるのかな？ゲーセンが恋しいです。ポップンミュージックに激はまりしてた頃が・・・まだ今でもやりたいんだけどね・・。日本に帰ったときプレステ持ってくればよかった。 2002年05月26日 10時58分16秒 |

Today, I woke up 9am and I ate potato-leek soup, which I mede yesterday...Then, I was going to be ready for doing laundry.., but I don't know why... I felt so sleepy suddenly, and I couldn't help it. When I woke up again, it was already 1pm...ummmm..I ruined today's schedule. After I did my laundry, it was already 3pm, and then I talked with my friend online...It was already time to go. Yesterday, my Korean friends from college invited me to go to have dinner with them. I thought we would be 5-6people..but we were 12.. so many... After we ate Korean food, we went to a park just beside Christy stn. First, we were just throwing a ball which Sam brought, but after that..we went nuts. We were acting like kids... that was fun, though. I am going to start SLP(Summer language program) from Monday... I will be busy for next two months. いやーー今日はほんとに気持ちいい。暑すぎず、綺麗に晴れて、ずーっとこのままがいいのにな。 昨日の日記は酔っ払いが書いたように短くて、わけわかりませんが・・飲んでたわけじゃありません・・しらふであれもまずいような・・。 火曜日にヒュー・グラント最新作"About a boy"をVarsityに見に行ったとき。友達が遅れると電話をしてきたので、チケットを先に買って入り口でぼーっとしながら、Star Warsみたいな・・って考えてたら、なにやら後ろからピコピコ音がする・・。振り返るとC3POがいました。カメラ欲しかった・・。映画の宣伝用ですが・・お客さんよりスタッフのほうが盛り上がってたきがする。 今日は久々の早起きで９時には学校にいました。というのも昨日コンピューターラボの先生Jamieが新しい学内e-mailシステムのトレーニングに出なくてはいけないので、彼の代わりに３時間、ラボのモニターを私に頼んだんですね。ラボは基本的に生徒自身でやるものなので、あたしの仕事は出席と時間を教えるだけ。それに各EAPレベルに知り合いの子が２−３人はいるので、その子達に協力してもらってなんとか無事に終了。ちょっとえらくなった気分だけど・・もういいや・・。 最近、風邪引いてる友達が多いんだけど、ちょっと頭が痛くなって、くしゃみが止まらないので、いい天気だけどおとなしく家に帰りました。でもちょっと暇なので、親が送ってきてくれた"リング"を一人で見たあら・・・こわくて寝れない。貞子パワーは相変わらずでした。 2002年05月23日 23時12分57秒 |

aw...... Maple leafs lost two games in a row. it happened at overtime again...please win the next game.... Anyway, I went to school today. Today's work was at a computer lab. When I heard it, I was afried that I would do some computer stuff which I am really not good at.., but it was just a filing job. At the ESL/EAP computer lab, students do one hr listening and 3 hr grammar program on computers, and lab teacher, Jamie, need to give assigments for students of each level. Today, Jamie and I filed all assignments into different file folders. That was hard work....it was really a lot..., but I could meet many friends who came for class there. Tomorrow, I am going to moniter students for 3hrs instead of Jamie.... Can I do that?? I hope nobody asks me anything... 2002年05月22日 11時49分09秒 |

ロングウィークエンドも今日で終わり、今日は気分を変えると言う事で・・・一番お手軽にしかも1ドル以下で行ける、トロント以外のところナイアガラに行ってきました。一応理由があっていったんですが、あまりにも情けない理由なので、まあおいといて。 11時半出発のナイアガラ行きバスにトロントバスターミナルから乗り込み、ハミルトン・セントキャサリンをぬけ２時間のたび・・思ってたより混んでました。カジノカードを使ってバスのチケットを買うと往復10ドル65セントで、カジノに着いたとき10ドルのRefundチケットをもらえるんですが、一番最後にバスを降りたらチケットがちょうどあたしの前で切れてしまい、事務所まで行く羽目に・・。そのチケットをカジノで現金化してからスロットには目もくれず、目指すはニューヨーク州ナイアガラ。カナダを出国するときは５０セントを自動改札にいれるだけ、Rainbow bridgeからのナイアガラはすごく綺麗です。橋の真ん中で半分カナダ・アメリカとお約束をしてから、アメリカcustomへ。いつも思うけど、ここのofficers日本人だと分かると英語が分からんと思って、結構横柄な態度なのよね。前の日本人のお姉ちゃん達かわいそうでした・・。わたしはちょっとここで問題を片付けなきゃいけなかったんですが、おじさんが怖かったけどがんばりました。これで今日来た目的は達成だったんだけど、このまま帰るのもなんなのでアメリカ側のナイアガラパークを探索。パークに入ると早速、アメリカ滝に流れこむところが見えます。すごい勢いで水が流れていく・・そんななかその川にかかる橋を修理してる人が・・落ちないでね。もうちょっと奥に行くとアメリカ滝の真ん中にある小さな島に行く道が・・。何気なしにいってみるとこれが大迫力。滝の端が触れるぐらい近くだし、直角に切り立った崖を覗き込むと、下には木製の小道があって黄色のカッパを来た人たちがびしょぬれに・・。The cave of windっていうツアーで滝までぎりぎりに近づけるらしいんですが・・・上から見るとみんな水圧でやられて飛びそうになってるし、もちろんカッパ意味なしぐらいにぬれてるし・・真夏に行きたいですね。今日みたいに最低気温1度の日にはちょっと・・。今度はカナダ滝（Horse shoe)に向かって歩いていくと、おもってたよりいい眺め。滝の全景は見えないけど、水が落ちて下の岩に当たるとこまで見えて大迫力・・ちょっと下の岩場に丸くて白くて穴が2つ開いてるちょっと怪しいものがあったけど、怖いので見なかったふりを・・・違うって言って！！！！霧の乙女号が滝に近づく様子もよく見えて・・ほんとによく転覆しないなと感心します。今日の小旅行はいい気分転換になりました・・でも早く暖かくなってくれるといいんだけど。 ちなみに昨日はリーフスの試合でした。1点をカロライナに取られてから全然何も起こらず、もうだめかなと思ってたら残り20秒で追いついてOver timeに。でも負けちゃいました・・。つぎの火曜日の試合に期待。 2002年05月21日 09時23分10秒 |

On Friday, I was complaining to m friends that I am nothing to do, they asked me to go to Korean town. When I got there, I found out that I was the only one girl among them..lucky me!!One of our friend, James, would go back to his country for good, so it was his farewell party. First, we went to a Korean restaurant. Everybody but me ordered Kom ja tan(I am very not sure about spelling), which is a spaicy pork bone soup. When I looked around the restaurant, almost everybody was eating it. It really looked good and a big bowl for only 5 bucks. I wish I could eat it... Aticha and T.H wanted to play Billiyard, but the rest of us didn't know how to play...so we left them at a billiyard place and went to a loooooong walking to China town because James' friend worked there, he wanted to say good-bye her. After the long walk, we almost digested the big dinner, so we went drinking at a Korean pub. We ordered beer, Soju(Korean syocyu), and some food. Soju was strong, so I thought I would get drunk easily without eating any food, but my friends ordered only spicy food... When I ate a piece of sausage, I was almost crying...At that time, I didn't notice, but maybe the owner of the pub saw me and asked my friend what was going on. My friend explained him that I was really weak for spaicy food. After that, a waiter broght Chijimi(Korean pancake), and he said it was on the house.... I didn't mean to, but thank you so much. While we were drinking, there are 5 Korean girls sat the table which just behind ours... My friends were so excited about them. They asked me if I went to there and get e-mail address from them....Why would I need to do that...no way... there was no cute guys for me..it wasn't fair! Anyway, it was really fun night. My friends except me live at Humber residence..so they had to go back all way to Humber...he,he...poor my friends. From Friday night, My landlord went to their cottage with Yuki the cat. せっかく昨日晴れていい気分だったのに、時間がある今日に限ってまた雨・・・・根性でレイクサイドのSunneyside parkに行って来たけど、ほとんど人がいなかった。サイクリングコースの横にちょっとした砂浜があるんだけど・・老夫婦が一生懸命金属探知機で何かを見つけようと・・・ふるいまでもって本格的だった。いったいあそこで何が見つかるんだろう？オンタリオ湖ってほんと大きくて海みたい、波も立ってるし、ちょっと塩くさいし・・でもやっぱり海が見たいな。千葉の海とか東京湾でもいいから行きたいです。 さてさて、時間があることをいいことにこのホームページに映画日記を作ろうと格闘すること３時間、やっと2つのアイコンを変えてみたけど、名前の付け方がわからないし・・他の背景と全くあってないけど、もういいです。わたしなりにがんばりました。 今日はEastern Finalトロントメープルリーフスとカロライナの試合です。Domiもいないし、Sundinもいないし、でも勝った。とてもよいことです。まさかここまでやってくれると思ってなかったけど、これは応援するしかないでしょう。街はMaple leafs一色です。この前勝ったときはすごかった。Yongeストリートが上から下までファンでうまってた。今、トロントリアンはStar Warsの話かリーフスの話しかしてません。これほんとの決勝戦に進んだらこの街崩壊するかも？ 2002年05月17日 11時49分30秒 |

Blue sky!! I am waiting for this day!!It isn't so hot, just nice. This weekend will be a long weekend because of Victoria day. Most people put some days off to the long weekend, and they will go to vacations. Nancy, the secretary of EAP office, will go to Bahama tomorrow. My friends will go to Quebec city.My Japanese frineds will go to NYC..hum....everybody is gone. To me... it is a part of the 4months sumer holiday..so nothing special, but I feel like I have to do something when everybody is talking about the long weekend. Today's work was much more creative than the last time(Sharpen pencils). I made name tags for students who will live in Rez. Some students' name were very long... and interenting. Fro example, Mr. Kabbej(the same pronounce as a cabbage), Jesus, and so on.There are a lot of Julie, too ( amybe 5-6 students). If it is a nice day tomorrow, I will go to Lakeshore for roller brading. As my mom say, I should get another hobby because I am not that young anymore...Hai... I wanna watch Star Wars EP2, which will open tomorrow, but I don't wanna line up for it. People will probably be line up for the movie from tonight...some people are so crazy about it.... 今日は朝っぱらから大雨・・コインランドリーに行くつもりで早起きしたのに、この仕打ち・・でも根性でいったけど、洗濯してる間にやんでくれるといいなというはかない願いは空しく消え、ますます激しい雨の中ほかほかに乾いた洗濯物を持って変える羽目に・・。そのあと掃除・買い物をして、約束していた映画を見に・・。今日の映画はメキシコの映画" Y Tu Mama tambien"・・タイトルすら分からない、お母さんに・・とか意味だったような・・。とにかく男の子二人がいとこの奥さんをメキシコで一番綺麗な海岸に連れて行くとかいう話なんだけど、R指定だからいやな予感がしてたけど、やっぱりその男の子達の性生活についてで・・一番初めのシーンがSEX Sceneだったので・・ちょっとびっくり。英語字幕だったので読むのも大変だったけど・・。 そのあとはAndy, CurtisとDandas westのGino'sで待ち合わせをしてToronto VS Ottawaの最終戦を見に行きました。１stピリオドは何も起こらず、２edピリオドにトロント１点リード、３ｅｄピリオドでとどめに２点追加・・やりましたトロントConference finalに出場決定！！カロライナとの戦いです。私のホッケーシーズンまだまだ終りません。 2002年05月15日 11時50分39秒 |

Thanks to my friend, I was waken up by a phone call at 2:30am... After that...I couldn't go back to sleep...now..I am so sleepy. It is still rainning outside..like "Tsuyu" in Japan. The difference is humidity. Now..it is very cold in Toronto(under 10C);on the other hand, it is very warm and just sticky druing a monsoon season in Japan... I always feel that I could be covered with mould and mushrooms by the end of "Tsuyu". Today's work was VERY creative....not at all actually. We just needed to sharp pencils for the placement test of SLP(Summer language program). I needed to sharp 130 pencils....I got two electric pencil sharpeners, but they stopped sharping after I did 4-5 pencils because of overheat.... What I did was..sharpen 5 pencils and flapped newspaper to cool the sharpener down..Everybody that came to the office said to me that I was doing such an interesting job..yes it was. I took 4 hrs to finish sharpning all pencils..I think my right arm is still shaking.. Tomorrow, there is Maple leafs game #7....please please win the game. 2002年05月14日 11時31分56秒 |

母の日おめでとうございます。そういえば去年の母の日はスカイドームにイチローと佐々木の試合を見に行って、トロントブルージェイズの選手からお花をもらったような。 今日はお友達のHitomiちゃんと一緒にWoody Allenの”Hollywood ending"を見に行ってきました。もう笑いっぱなし、おもしろかった。Woody Allenの彼女役でWill & GraceのGraceが出てたのにはびっくりしたけど。同じ様な役柄でした。映画を見終わった後はEglinton, Yongeをぶらぶらして、China townにおかゆ食べに行きました。中華粥と揚げパンて何であんなにおいしいんだろう！4ドルちょっとでおなかいっぱい、ほんとにChina town様様です。 今日はLeafsゲームの日です。今日負けたらOttawaはコンファレンスファイナルに進出、トロントは今シーズン終了と絶対にはずせない試合、しかもOttawaのホームゲーム。Hitomiちゃん家についてテレビをつけると、２−０で負けてる。まだ試合始まって８分なのに・・・。おまけにDomiは顔面から壁に激突して血を垂れ流してるし。おかげ様でPower playになり1stピリオドで２点を返し同点に追いついたけど。２edピリオドで３−３になり、３ｒｄピリオドで４−３でトロントリード、その後は二人で叫びっぱなし、心臓に悪い。守れーとかクリアーしろーとか、かなりのご近所迷惑でしたけど。おかげさまで勝ちました。火曜日が第７戦目、これで火曜日の予定は決まりだわ。 上機嫌で家に帰る途中、映画館でもらった雑誌を見てたら・・８月の映画に"Ring"・・へっ？Based on Japanese movie...これってリング？でもCastがこっちの人ってことは・・大島の噴火とか、井戸とか、貞子とかどうなるんだろう。ちょっと楽しみ。 2002年05月13日 12時31分13秒 |

Aw.... Toronto lost the game yesterday... It was 2-2 until the 3ed priod... I think I have a jinx for Leafs games. If I watch a game at home by myself, it usually wins. If I watch a game at a sport bar with my friends, it usually lose...yes, I went to Gino's, a sport bar on Dandas West, with my friends yesterday. We have a game tomorrow. If Leafs lose the game, Ottawa will go to the conference final, but it is Ottawa's homegame tomorrow...I am worried. Yesterday was a very strange day. I didn't need to go to school, but my friend,Nicole, asked me to meet her at college...because she had to see her English tutor. Last week, I had promised her to go donating blood at Woodbine centre, so I had to go there anyway... When I met Nicole at college, her tutor didn't show up and she didn't have anything to do. So, we just go down to Woodbine centre ealier. When we got there, we found put that blood donating station didn't come there on this Fri, but Friday two week after...Sorry...I thought I checked the date...I only remembered "Friday" part. Then we didn't have absolutly nothing to do. What we did next was Shopping. We went to "Winners", which is outlet bland clothing store. We spent 3hrs there because we had to check clothes and prices very carefully at the store. You will find several same dresses with different prices there. I didn't buy anything... I tried a lot, though. Today, I rented "Green fingers" and "The Virgin Suicide". I think both story were based on true stories. Both of them are good! Tomorrow, I am going to watch Woody Allen's "Hollywood ending". I cannot wait!! I hope Toronto Maple leafs win the game tomorrow. GO LEAFS GO!!! 2002年05月12日 13時01分12秒 |

今日は雷で目が覚めました・・・学校行くの止めちゃおうかと思ったけど、家を出る頃には雨は止んでたので、爽やかに行って来ました。今日のお仕事は、メールボックスの名前の張り替えと、Placement testsのコピーづくりだったんだけど・・・まあぶっ壊れコピーマシーンのおかげで時間だけ異様にかかる。自動でホッチキスを打ってくれるわりには、違うとこにするもんだから、いちいちはずして、打ち直さなきゃいけないし・・・はやく直して・・。メールボックスがあるオフィスに入るにはパスワードが必要なんだけど、教えてもらったパスワードを間違って打ち込んでなかなか入れず、半泣きになってました。始めの２桁を同時に打つなんて知らなかったんだもん・・。 その後は、もともと立ててた予定がおじゃんになったので、Rezに殴りこみに行って来ました。夏休みの間は中に入るのにPassもいらないし、Summer programのために片方のBuildingを空けるので、かなり大掛かりな引越しがあって、あたしの友達も薄暗くて汚い部屋から、結構綺麗な部屋に昇進したしいいことです。最近は８時過ぎまで明るいので、なんか夜になってる気がしなくて、気づいたら７時過ぎてたのであわてて帰ってきました。今日はERでGreen先生が最後の日です。Friendsも来週で今シーズン終わりだし。夏の間は見るものがないな・・・。 2002年05月10日 11時02分25秒 |

Wow...Toronto won the game against Ottawa tonight. Now the series is 2-2. Joseph did really great job. Sundin will come back soon...we hope... Today, I went to school to be a copy girl. I made copies of course outlines for students who take language classes such as French, German, and Itarian. It wasn't a hard job if the photocopy machine wasn't broken. It just kept jamming papers. The machine was a kind of neat. I just needed to put the original copy into the top part, and it stapled papers by itself. However, it kept stapled papers in the wrong order...so I had to take staples off from papers and staple them in the right order again....it took really loooooong time. The good thing is that I can meet my friends and teachers while I am at ESL office. Recently, A weather forcast keeps saying it will be thunder shower almost everyday... but it never happens so far. いきなり、夏がやってきました。外にいると風も適度に涼しくていいんだけど、バスの中はあつーーい。今日は学校にいって、ちょっとEAPオフィスのお仕事を手伝った後、友達と映画を見に行ってきました。Spider-manです。はじめJane&Bloorの映画館に行こうとしたら、二人でそろって間違ったスケジュールを見てたらしく、映画館は閉まってました・・・・・・。あれ？しょうがないのでもうそこから一番近い映画館Queen's wayに行ってきました。友達が車で来てくれたのはラッキーでしたね、こんなときの為に。出来立ての映画館でスクリーンが１８個もあって、すごい大きかった。映画のほうは・・・アニメを見たことがないから、これは・・と思うシーンがいっぱいあったけど、映像はかっこよかったです。その後は近くにあったイタリアンレストランにいったんだけど、ひさびさにThin pizzaをたべてうまかった。そこでアペタイザーに日本で言うトマトとモッツァレラのサラダを食べたんだけど・・どうやら名前が此処では違うことを発見。昔Ombleさんと探してても見つからなかったわけだ。 明日も学校だわ。夏休みで行く必要がないのにそれでも行くなんて、そんなに学校がすきなのかしらわたし！ 2002年05月08日 11時38分16秒 |

Ha,ha,ha....most of my friends go back to school, but I don't have. I don't know whether this is good or bad for me... I am sure that I miss my friends. Finally, Finally, I sent some percels for my friends...Sorry guys! My excuse is that the nearest post office doesn't accept cresit or debt cards, so I had to go to the post office on Spadina Ave. Also, I had been so busy recently, and I had no time to go downtown.... As a result, I sent my mom's birthday present now..which was in March...too late? Today, I watched "Ameli" at the closest theatre again. I watched it in Japan, and I really like it. The movie theatre which I went today plays only old movies. That is why the ticket is a bit cheaper than usual. "Ameli" is such a lovely movie...it is strange, but I feel nice after I watched it. The theatre is going to play "I am Sam" and "IRIS" which I missed to watch. Now, I got a membership card, so I can watch them cheaper. Tomorrow is Tue..a movie day... Which movie should I watch!

Maple leafs勝ちました！！前の試合でOttawaに５−０で負けたときどうしようかと思ったけど、昨日は３度目のOver timeの末RobertのBeautifulなスコアで、Ottawaを下しました。しかしこのRobertさん、NY rengersとの戦いでスティックが左ほほに当たって、流血騒ぎを起こしてたので、ただいますごい顔になってます、でも絶好調・・・インタビューの度に痛々しい感じがよくでてます。今回Domiがあんまり暴れてないのが残念ですけど。 今日はHigh Parkにお花見に行ってきました。去年にMarkさんとお友達のSachikoさんと行ったときは、ちょっと遅くてほとんど散ってたんですが、今回はPerfect!!!満開・・やっぱ日本人は桜の下で花見ですね。場所取りをする必要はないけど、Japaneseをはじめいっぱい人が来てました。今回はうちの大家さんが入ってる、神戸から来た人たちのお花見に参加させてもらったんですが・・・・神戸出身じゃない上に行ったことがない・・・でもいろいろなお話が聞けて楽しかったです。ある方は日加タイムスの映画のコラムを書いてると言うことで、いっぱい映画のお話もしました。Spaider manも進められたので見たいですね・・たぶん火曜日に。 さて、学校もないし、暖かくなってきたので、本格的にRoller bradeの練習を・・・今年こそ止まり方を覚えます。そして４年後のYongeデビューを・・・・Markさんと去年５年後にはYonge stを滑ってやる宣言したので・・あと４年がんばらなきゃ・・その前に４年後にここにいるのだろうか？ 2002年05月06日 09時28分45秒 |

Today was really nice day..but I was hungover because of drinking last night. After I finished the spring term, I am a kind of busy..I always have something to do..which is good!Yesterday, I was planning to go to the Irish pub on bloor with my drinking buddies. First, I went to Korean town to get hair cut and dye my hair. Now my hair is a kind of short and really brown. My frined called me that I looked like a mashroom. Getting hair cut didn't take long time as I expected. I called up my friends and asked them to come to my house eariler. I cooked some Japanese food for them, and we went to the bar after that. I haven't gone that bar for the long long long time... I must be so excited. I drunk a little (a lot?) bit too much... I bothered my friends a lot...sorry guys. That is why...this morning, I felt so bad.... I didn't wanna get out of my bed. Tomorrow, I gonna go to Ohanami with my landlords and their friends. I have to cook some food for that. Onigiri? わーい、わーい、やっとすべてが終わりー！！テストも無事（？）おわりこれで夏休みです。火曜日の朝の授業が終わり、カフェテリアに行ったら、Final examが終って晴れやかな顔をした人がいっぱい。そのなか私はすごすご家に戻って、Maple leafsとNY Islandersの最終戦を見に行こうっていう、悪魔の誘いも断り、勉強してました。結局テレビに釘づけでそれどころじゃなかったんだけど。おめでとうTorontoSemi-final進出です。でも怪我人や反則で出れない選手が多くて・・どうなることやら。テストもFinalだけあって、先生が今までと全く違う傾向のテストを出してきたので、テスト用紙を見た瞬間、ちょっと青ざめました。でもSociology（社会学）はクラスで１番だったもん・・Humanity(人間学？）は結果まだだけど・・かなり苦しんだので期待してません。 さて、テストが終ったのをいいことに。レジデンスに行って友達をひやかしたり、日本から来てること中華バイキングに行ったり・・・今週も忙しくなりそう。へへ。トロントでもやっと桜が咲いたので、今週末はお花見です。それではまた。 2002年05月02日 21時56分53秒 |
