Travel note in Persia 7, Many souvenirs

I found tired and had a headache. I had not recognized it yesterday because I was so excited.

I didn't feel better though I got medicines. I knew all began to eat lunch, but I couldn't get up easily.

Sister brought for me Ash-e-mive(Heavy soup of dry fruits). That was a strong soup between a soup and a stew with many kind of herbs and dry fruits.

Though I was very happy, I was sorry that I hardly ate anything.

I slept a little, I felt much better. Then I went into the place where all were talking. My husband became a center, and he was speaking. I found out it was a story about Japan from each of the persian words.

When they talk such a story, I can participate as well. He translated for them what I said in Japanese. All responsed my talking neatly.

In the evening, the guests would come again that's why my husband said to me to wear a good cloths.

For a while, about 10 people came home. They were far relatives of us. I had seen one of them in Japan before. Because that man made an official trip to Japan.

They brought the bouquet and the cloths for the children. We gave some Japanese souvenirs.

Too many!

After some hours talking, they went back. I got surprized to see outside. It was still light though it was 9 o'clock p.m.

The day is long in summer and they have the daylight-saving time. So the sunset is after 9 o'clock p.m.

When it seemed finally to be at night, the family of Sister and the eldest brother came again and had a dinner together.

They take lunch at about 3 o'clock p.m. and dinner at about 10 o'clock p.m.

In fact, we opened the suitcases when we had to put out something necessory until this evening. We put out everything together with the relatives tonight.

Most of our laggages were souvenirs, we gave Sister, the eldest brother's wife, the nephew and anyone else one after another every time we opened.

Mother saw too many souvenirs and was amazed.

"Oh! There were too many. You waisted your money." "I have not returned for a long time, I could not help buying them." my husband answered. He did not care her speaking.

Most of souvenirs were for the near family, so the small ones were left which we bring for the other relatives.

They were still left a lot. After we finished an arrangement of our property, I felt I began the life in this house.
