Security Front Door is always locked. Parents ring door bell to come in.
（ドアはいつもロックされていて、入る時はいちいちインターホンを鳴らしてあけてもらう）		 Door/Gates are not locked. There's no sign-in/out but there's always someone at front and greeting.
（ドアにロックはないが、玄関横に常に誰かがいるようだった）		 Two unlocked door facing the parking lot. One door directory connected to one of the classrooms. There's no sign-in/out, Director said, they do check in/out in person (staff are always watching), plus the building is way back hidden from the street and there's no sign. There's no front desk, but when I walked in, one teacher approached me right away.

Schedule Schedule are posted. I don't know how much enforced.
（スケジュールは張ってあったがどれだけ守られているかは不明）		 Looks like very schedule oriented. Rotates the rooms. I really like that they separate the full time and part time students.

Director Very nurturing. Talked to every child by name. 
Very strict, bit too harsh on parents (complained about a mother who dress her child in a reversible dress on "Inside out day"). Criticized people who leaves 6 weeks baby at daycare.

Kept saying "We are here for 30 years and the best". Very flexible. 
He is not a good sales person. He said things like "This is the room for Toddlers, they do, you know things whatever they want to do on the floor". Not impressive at all.

（ミニＭのクラス担任）		 Maria. Has two kids in the center. Seems to be nice and dedicated. Tammy. First year after changing carrier. Did not look too qualified. Sharon. 40s. Never met.
Staff Some long term teachers. Some long term teachers. Ed　"Our school have more collage degree than any other school."

Pros Close to home. Content nurturing atmosphere Structured environment (similar to ABBS). Facility and Bus. Staff looked good. Nice ride. Flexibility. Playground is very nice.
Cons I did not care for that the director made some comments about parents. Playground and location(right by the bus stop) is the big issue… These 3 may be enough reason to exclude from candidate. Hours are short. Little far (but in the morning, M's school is on the way).  
What about the incident that Monica was talking about?		 This place looked like a zoo… Hopefully that is because I went there at 5:30. Director did not look very professional.
