ARON CERAMIC is a one-liquid, thermosetting type heat-resistant inorganic adhesive  serving as charging and coating agent that ¡¡Synthetic has developed with many years of research. The major components are fireproof ceramic such as alumina and inorganic polymer that produce exceptional heat-resistance enabling heat-resistance adhesion up to 1300‹C where can not reach with the conventional organic high-polymer adhesive.

Features

 

• Thermosetting at 150‹C endures high temperature of 1200 to 1300‹C not developing fire or gas.

• Keeping exceptional adhesion under the high temperature to metal, ceramic, quartz, carbon, etc.

• Exceptional cycling properties against cold and heat.

• Exceptional oil resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance.

• Applicable to charging, sealing, or coating as well as adhesion.

 

Applications

 

• Heat-resistant adhesion to metal, ceramic, carbon, glass, quartz

• Caulking or charging of heat-generating elements

• Charging or adhesion of explosion-proof fixtures or electrical fixtures

• Fixing capsule of halogen lamps

• Assembling of ignition plug

• Places where require organic-proof solubility, oil resistance, chemical resistance, or gas resistance to Freon gas, trichroethylene, kerosene, or ozone.

• Heat-resistant, anti-oxidation, abrasion-resistant coating to metal, etc.

• Applicable as heat-resistant molding material

• Applicable as fireproof materials, caulking agent, sealing agent, corrosion-resistant coating agent
