As shown in the attached catalog, this is heat-resistant inorganic adhesive generally available on the market produced by one of the leading makers here in Japan. We have been applying Z Z ZCeramic E, D to charging and fixing the halogen lamps (12V, 20W). Many defectives (approximately several percent) in the halogen lamps make trouble for us particularly because we can not probe the causes yet definitely.

We judge now that the pH of the adhesive causes the trouble but still do not assure of the judgement. Therefore, we are much obliged if you would kindly advise us possible causes and remedies, or introduce to us those who are quite familiar with this sort of troubles.
