Making of a Rice cake (12/31/99)

At Dec 31, 99, we made rice cakes using a bread maker.  It was difficult to make real rice cake in the bread maker because kneading force of the maker was not enough powerful.
 
Kagami-mochi;
This just looks real Kagami-mochi.  The orenge on the top is a imitation.  This is going to dysplay in the room up to "Ka-ga-mi-bi-ra-ki".

 

 
 Normal rice cake;
This was a good rice cake.  Thickness was not enough, but taste was just like Japanese rice cake.  After cut this sheet, some pieces were put in "O-Zoh-Ni".
