What is your freedom?

In Japan it is said that in the universities students are freer than in the high schools. But this is not true of my case. In my high school whose name is Azabu I was freer than I am in Keio University. In Azabu there was no school regulation but one that prohibited us to play mah-jongg, which is one of the most popular gambling in Japan. That is why we students could do as we pleased in our school life, for example wearing what clothes we wanted to. But we were too free to behave ourselves and it got worse and worse, so one day, to admonish us for being so foolish my class teacher told us you must memorize that freedom means responsibility. Freedom without it is nothing but selfish. When I entranced into Keio University and began to study in it I understood all what he had said. They always exist at the same time, and were it not for one of them, both of them cannot be existent. And this can apply to my university life. That is to say, I must bear responsibility for all what I'm doing and I'll do in it.
