At Bulgaria/ブルガリアにて
ブルガリアは予想以上に、経済が停滞している感じでした。
写真は町の広場に出来た蚤の市のようなものですが、ほとんどが古本のテントです。
町を走るトラム（市内電車）や自動車は表面が凸凹で、ほとんど修理や塗装修理が施されていない状態です。
子供達の表情には、暗いところは無く明るい感じがあったのは救いです。
It was felt that the economy has been stagnated more than my forecast.
The photograph is shown the tent of secondhand book market at a plaza in
the town, as if a flea market.
The surface of tram (city train) and car were damaged, but repairs were
not given.
It is saving tat in children's expressions, there is no dark point but
there was bright feeling.
私がブルガリアを訪問したときは、未だNATO軍(殆ど米軍）のコソボ空爆の時期で、帰国後二日もしない内に、ソフィアにミサイルが被弾したとのニュースが届き、内心驚かされたものです。
ただ、訪問中は、隣国が戦争状態にあるにもかかわらず、至って平穏な状態だった事は幸いと思っております。
When I have been to Bulgaria, it was just a time of NATO army's (most the
U.S. militaries) air raids in KOSOVO.
A couple days after of my returns to home, Newspaper said that the missile
reached to SOFIA.
However, during my visit at SOFIA, it looks fairly peaceful thing, even
though neighboring country facing at war.
