At Poland/ポーランドにて
ポーランドは、クラコフと言う所に機会があり訪れてみました。
クラコフは、奇跡的なタイミングで戦災に遭わなかったとの事で、中世の都市城壁が残っており、町並みは非常に美しいものでした。
クラコフにて時間が有ったので、家庭料理を堪能させる店があるとの事で紹介してもらったお店が写真のChtopskie
Jadtoです。
中のインテリアは、昔の農家の雰囲気で、素朴さを売りにしている様です。
料理は、豚肉料理、牛肉料理、魚料理等が有りましたが、印象的だったのは最初からテーブルに載っているミネラルたっぷりな岩塩と、パンと一緒に出てくるラードです。
ライ麦パンに、岩塩とラードを付けてワインを飲めば後は何もいらないと言った感じです。
このお店で働く人のコスチュームには、旗のマーク （向こうに行っているときは国旗と聞いたのですが、未確認です) が入っており、それがプライドとの事でした。
帰国後知ったのですが、このお店にはインターネットURLアドレスがあり、調べてみるとレストランチェーン店の他、自動車のレーシングチームも持っている様です。

I have a chance to visit KRAKOW, POLAND.
The city rampart of the Middle Ages remained in KRAKOW in the thing of
no encounter in miraculous timing to war damage, and the street was very
beautiful.
The shop introduced by the thing which is satisfied of the home cooking
is Chtopskie Jadto in the photograph, because there was time in KRAKOW.
An inside interior design sells simplicity by farmer's old atmosphere.
The restaurant can serve Pork, Beef, Fish and etc., but my most impression
was rock salt with enough mineral on the table and lard coming with bread.
It is feeling of anything now said it is unnecessary out of wine, rock
salt and lard to the rye bread
The mark of the flag (When I was at the place, it was unconfirmed though
it was heard the national flag) entered in the costume of the person who
worked in this shop, and it was a thing with pride.
