So, As you all know, Snowbirds fly 9 Tutor Jets. OK, lets count them... One, Two, Three ... Nine, Ten ?? Well, number 10 is a spare aircraft. This photo taken during the practice on Friday with number 10 flying with the formation. Could this be a photo session? |

Inverted wedge formation goes into a loop. High mountain to the left is Lassen Peak (3187m/10456ft) which last erupted in 1915. I climbed to the top in Sept. 1998 but the top was in the clould, just like this photo, and I could not enjoy the view. |
