Abstract
It is very difficult to relate physics theory to evolutionary theory. There are two reasons. One is a mistake of Darwin's evolutionary theory. Other is a mistake that the second law of thermodynamics is used to the phenomena of all energies with no material. In part 1, a relation of chaos theory to gene's learning function is reported. When the pregnant mother's hypertension is treated, the onset age of the child's hypertension will become slower than it with no treatment. If a pregnant mother accepts her hypertension, her child will become a hypertension type early. It is the same as judging hypertension as "advantage in the environment". If hypertension is succeeded in many generations, some changes adapting to hypertension will be developed in a neonate. Giraffe is a hypertension class. Through the process of evolution, giraffe has got a complex pressure-regulation system in the upper neck. It is supposed that this system was developed by genefs learning function. SEIQoL-DW (Schedule for the Evaluation of Individual Quality of Life-Direct Weighting) method, mind map, theoretical substruction, counseling, dialectics and so on are the methods to rearrange the thoughts. Information are unified by a user of their methods. Gene's learning function is the same as user's unifying ability. Because their methods are explained by chaos theory, gene's learning function is explained by chaos theory.
