Abstract
We can not explain a reason that human's feeling is directly proportional to the fluctuation (1/f) with power spectrum in the chaos theory. On the other hand, it is proved by Weber-Fechner's law that the feeling is a direct proportion to the logarithm of irritation. And Big Bang theory was deduced from Hubble's red-shift law. Here, it is shown that their 3 equations of Hubble's law, Weber-Fechner's law and fluctuation to feeling are deduced from my stress equation (dE/dt=kE).
