◆編集後記◆
今日は仕事始めで、朝一番に社長の話を聞きました。
話を要約すると、
『昨年はいろいろなトラブルがありましたが、それは"お客様第一主義"の
欠如から来ていました。今年は再度、"お客様第一主義"に立ち返り
この一年を乗り切っていきましょう！』
と言うことでした。
お客様第一主義と言うのは簡単ですが、実行するのはなかなか
難しいところがあります。
企業は兎角、企業の理論に陥りやすかったり、クレーマーの言いなりに
なっていては、真のお客様第一主義から離れてしまいます。
また、お客様の望むことは、一人ひとり全く同じである事はありえないし
そういった一人ひとりの望みに真摯に対面していく事が、お客様第一主義に
つながるのだと思います。
時には結果に結びつかない事もあるかもしれませんが、どんな要望でも
まずは検討してみる・やってみるという姿勢が大事だと思います。
社長の話の後は、社長と一部の社員で豊国神社へお参りに行きました。
