The usual appearance

The cabinets of dolls are usually closed.
There are Cherryblossoms drawn on the cabinet doors.
On the wall behind there are wooden square pipes ornamented with etched copper parts
that presents an image of a Shinto flute.

As the performance time comes,
the music starts solemnly and lights come on.
Cabinet doors open gradually and dolls appear.
In the center cabinet is a heavenly maiden
and in smaller cabinets are amorettoes
with musical instruments.
All dolls are life-sized.

The heavenly maiden hung by wires comes forward and dances in the air,
while amorettoes play musical instruments with various expressions.

A phoenix follows the maiden.

As the music comes toward the end, the cabinet door reopens and the maiden moves back.
