AGM & related companies' model - 2

Here is a Sears Model 710-7426 made by AGM and is the same lantern as AGM model 3006. This single mantled gasoline lantern has a reproduction mica globe, light green painted brass fount and porcelain enamel ventilator. When I got this lantern, it was not fitted with a generator. So, I equipped it with the generator of Coleman 502 single burner stove's. It does work well. You can try it.

AGM Model 3006, gasoline lantern. It has a maroon color fount which was made of brass and the same color enameled ventilator. Its fuel filler cap is relatively small one like Coleman 242's.

AGM Model 3705, gasoline lantern. It looks like Model 3006 and has almost the same color fount and ventilator. But unlike the Model 3006, its fount was made of "steel" and the filler cap which is combined with the pump is completely different style. And as the shape of its fuel valve assembly is a bit different from Model 3006, its valve is obliquely assembled. See right image.

American Sun Flame Model 2570 made by AGM. Again It looks like Model 3006 and has almost the same color fount and ventilator. But, as you can see in the right image, its frame, generator and burner assembly are completely different. Furthermore its fuel filler cap is standard size and the ventilator has slits for its bail.

This is an AGM Model 3025 and is quoted from Will Nelle's collection with his permission. It is a single mantle gasoline lantern with an aluminum ventilator. Thanks Will.

This is a Model 3470C kerosene lantern made by AGM and is quoted from Dave Reinhartsen's collection with his permission. Thanks Dave.

AGM Model 2572, double mantled gasoline lantern. It has a maroon color ventilator and fount which was made of brass.

AGM Model 3016, single mantled gasoline lantern. It also has maroon color ventilator and fount which was made of "steel".

This is a nickel plated fount version of AGM Model 3016 and is quoted from Rick Houle's collection with his permission. Thanks Rick.

The left is a Model 3016 made by AGM and the right is a KampLite RL3. Both are quoted from Jan van Smeerdijk's collection with his permission. Thanks Jan.

The left is a Sears JC Higgins "Model 710-74011"
The right is a "Model 710-74000"
Both are "single" mantled gasoline lantern and have light blue painted "steel" fount, porcelain enamel ventilator.
I suppose both were made by AGM or Queen Products division of King Seeley for Sears but it is possible that they were made by Union Metal Works Ltd. Hong Kong.

This is a KampLite LRL22 made by the Queen Products Division of the King Seeley Corporation, Albert Lea, Minnesota, USA and is quoted from Mark Molina's collection with his permission. Thanks Mark.

The left is a KampLite Model LRL22 and the right is a Model LRL21A. Both were made in late '60s and burn either leaded or unleaded gasoline. The right one was made by American Gas Machine Co., Division of Queen Stove Inc., Albert Lea, MINN. Both are quoted from Kazuo Sakano's collection with his permission. Thanks Kazuo.

Here is a Thermos Model 8321 and is quoted from Terry Marsh's collection with his permission.
Followings are from Terry.

This model was made by the Thermos Division of King Seeley Thermos Co. at their Macomb, Illinois plant and was one of the last models that this company produced.
This is the only model in the inverted or donut lamp / lantern style that was made in quantity in the US to my knowledge.

Thanks Terry.

This double mantled lantern is a Thermos Model 8326 and is quoted from Terry Marsh's collection with his permission.

It is not the usual dark green with the regular Thermos label but a variation they made, probably in the early '60's, called the Holiday.
It is a pleasant aquamarine color.
Thanks Terry.

This is a Model 8311, another variation from Thermos Division. It is a single mantled gasoline lantern and most of its parts were made of steel. Unlike Model 8326, which has a filler cap combined with the pump, this Model 8311 has a filler cap and a built-in pump separately.
