As you know,language is the effective tool that shows in exchange for
various things and only human being has.
It seems that language is natural among people,but is it so really?
There is a big gap in words by using Japanese people between in the old
days and the present-day.
If kana character called "Hiragana" and "Katakana" in Japan are not
invented at the Heian period in Japan, our life might be not so easy to live
now.
If that is so, can't be made convenient & easy-to-use words which suited
in the globalized present age? We can change language.
3CL is the ideal artificial language which took in science views, such as
philosophy, psychology,linguistics,logic, and mathematics.
The codes of 3CL based on the word that coded by the combination of 3
short alphanumeric characters.
Although based on an alphanumeric combination of 3 characters, the
codes consisted of 1 character and the combination of 2 characters is
also included.
Now the distance between people and people has become short by leaps
and bounds for remarkable development of information technology such as
the internet and the means of transportation. With that speed is required
increasingly.
I also consider that simplification has been required on language.
The many of the expanded codes of 3CL has been abbreviated by features
which comes from English spelling and reading.
Can't 3CL be called the most simplified words by what we can express
many things and matters of all over the world ?
English is circulating widely all over the world as an international language.
Moreover in English, there are many native codes that coded by the
combination of 3 alphanumeric characters like "sky", "eye", and "ice" ,also
many ready codes like "PC", "TV", and "ETC" .
While 3CL utilizes these existing codes, 3CL have many expanded codes
making from the features that are seen between English spelling and
reading. Expanded codes are hit at the usual words. 3CL is based on English
such as also depending the structure of a sentence on English word order.
I'd like to take in not only English, but words of other countries which can
express with 3 alphanumeric characters briefly along with progress of
globalization in future.
3CL is image language.

not what simplified a word called an apple, and becomes the code showing
the image of the apple itself.
Therefore, whether it is "apple" even if an apple is an "apple", or it is the
word which is in charge of the image of the apple with which other
countries are different, all can be denoted by "APL."
Although the sign language expressed with gestures is universal language,
